Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen events can happen. If you need to cancel or postpone any scheduled cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us enough time to adjust our daily schedule. Please note that if we do not receive 24 hours’ notice, a fee may be charged to the customer’s credit card, which is required to schedule the appointment.
